Each ChloeMade piece is handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, stitching, shape, or flower placement may naturally occur. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors perfectly.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Once an order is placed, preparation may begin shortly after purchase.

Because many of our products are handmade to order, cancellations or changes may not always be possible once production has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and payment information during checkout.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING

Each ChloeMade piece is handmade slowly and thoughtfully, so please allow up to 7 business days for order preparation before shipment.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order has been shipped, ChloeMade is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information, or issues outside our control.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

We truly care about every order and want you to love your piece.

We will always do our best to help and find a solution.

Because each item is handmade in small batches, we are unable to guarantee returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, and product photography, belongs to ChloeMade and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
